“We had our wedding here this past weekend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the whole experience is! Ken, the owner, is fantastic, very open and communicative and extremely helpful for us through the whole process. We are avid nature lovers and this venue fit us perfectly-outside, by the waterfalls, intimate. Everything we could have wanted. It’s beautiful! There are trails around the property, which are so fun to explore! The moss beds and waterfalls make for amazing photos. The place is a nature playground, so relaxing and beautiful! It’s the perfect place for to have an intimate wedding for nature lovers 🥰 it’s an overall wonderful experience and very affordable for intimate weddings! You can even stay extra nights on the property to enjoy the landscape to yourself. That makes for wonderful start to a marriage and is very needed after the hustle and bustle of wedding planning!”

“Gorgeous wedding venue!

Honestly can't say enough about the beautiful venue and ken! We couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect place to say our vowes, and take wedding photos thatvwe will cherish for a life time!Beautiful location and scenery. The waterfalls, mountains, everything was beautifully accented by the perfect lighting, benches to sit and take in nature. The house was Beautiful and welcoming. And ken was outstanding. Very professional, and kind. Was always willing to go above and beyond. And we were absolutely ecstatic that he accepted our invitation to the wedding and dressed up in a Halloween costume as well . You can tell he poured a lot of love into this venue. Definitely will be back for a nice relaxing vacation very very soon.”

“Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I eloped here and stayed for the week. The cascading waterfalls and surrounding land are beautiful and were the perfect setting for an intimate and romantic wedding. The entire stay was even better than we anticipated. The house is AMAZING. Peaceful and private with everything you need. Ken is an excellent host and made sure to be available for anything we may have needed. We will definitely be going back!”

“We spent a year looking. When I tell you Weddings Over Waterrfalls was everything, it was everything. It absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. It’s hard to put into words what this place is really like. The photos don’t/can’t do the waterfalls justice. They are absolutely beautiful and bountiful. It’s not just one or two, they are all throughout. There are wide paths covered in moss that make it easy to walk along by the water. The house is beautiful. I love how you can see different waterfalls from different windows. It was the most peaceful place I could have ever asked for, and to marry my wife there … it was everything.”

 Verified The most beautiful property on this platform! We had a lovely and peaceful stay. Ken is more than a superhost. He is communicative, available, and so obviously enthusiastic to share the wonder of nature in Western North Carolina. Ken made our whole family feel welcome, including our pups.  Verified Honestly, I’m a writer and I simply can’t find the words to describe this place. Seldom am I left speechless, but, this property took my breath and words away. It’s magnificent on every inch. My family didn’t leave the trails or creek the entire stay. We felt recalibrated, reenergized and inspired.  Verified What an incredible property. If it is available, do yourself a favor and stay here. We had the windows open all weekend and slept with the sounds of the waterfalls all throughout the house.  Verified WOW! Ken’s place is absolutely magical. The property is breathtaking, peaceful, and unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. It was the perfect place to unplug, relax, cook great meals, enjoy evening cocktails on the deck, and fall asleep to the sound of the waterfalls.The private hiking trails on the property are beautiful, and it’s also a perfect home base for exploring nearby Max Patch. Every detail of the home has been thoughtfully designed, and Ken has created a truly special experience. His communication was excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations.If you’re looking for a relaxing mountain getaway surrounded by nature, this is it.  Verified I read in other reviews that pictures don't do this place justice and that is 110% accurate. This is the most relaxing and wonderful place to unwind and find some peace ! The house is beautiful and so much thought went in to every detail to make our stay perfect! Ken's instructions made check in and operating everything a breeze! Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!
