Our wedding pricing is built for different kinds of couples — those who want a simple venue and the freedom to bring their own team, and those who want everything already in place when they arrive.
Elopements are ceremony-focused experiences, typically 90 minutes, for small groups. Anything that expands into a longer celebration or larger gathering is accommodated and priced accordingly.

Make It a Full Wedding Weekend
For small wedding couples, your wedding party can stay on the property for the full weekend — the night before, the wedding night, and the day and night after. No driving on mountain roads at midnight. Just your people, the waterfalls, the fire pits, and as much time as you need.
After-Party Add-On
$500
Up to 12 people stay overnight on the wedding night instead of 5. Sleep under the stars on the tent platform or inside — your call.
Extension Day & Night
$500
Add a full third day and night. Up to 12 people, the property is yours through 10 AM the next morning.
Security Deposit
$1,500
Fully refundable. The overwhelming majority of couples get every dollar back within days of checkout.
The extended stay is governed by a separate addendum to the wedding agreement — covering insurance, occupancy limits, fire pit and hot tub use, and everything else that comes with a full weekend on a private mountain property. We'll walk you through it when you're ready.
